Jason Conner
Founder & CEO | Conner Insurance Group
Jason Conner was born in Los Angeles, California, and left home at just 19 years old to serve his country in the United States Army. As an active-duty 11B Infantryman, Jason spent nearly nine years serving across the globe, including being among the first to deploy to Afghanistan during the early stages of the War on Terror. His military service instilled in him a deep sense of duty, discipline, and loyalty — values that continue to guide every decision he makes today.
In 2003, Jason relocated to Middle Tennessee to begin a new chapter. He earned his degree in Business from Middle Tennessee State University and entered the world of hospitality, where he sharpened his skills in service, communication, and leadership. But it was his desire to serve others in a more impactful, long-term way that ultimately led him to the insurance industry.
Jason began his insurance career with Liberty Mutual, where he quickly earned a reputation for going above and beyond for his clients. In 2022, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic — a time when many businesses were shutting down — Jason took a bold leap of faith and founded Conner Insurance Group.
Built from scratch during one of the most uncertain times in recent history, Conner Insurance Group was born out of a simple but powerful mission: to serve every client with the same intensity, loyalty, and integrity that Jason demonstrated in uniform.
Today, Conner Insurance Group is a veteran-owned and family-operated agency proudly based in Middle Tennessee. What started in a 10×10 electrical closet has grown into a thriving storefront with a dedicated in-house team that services 100% of its policies — including claims — with a hands-on, client-first approach.

Ethan Abbott

Ethan Abbott is an insurance professional driven by a genuine passion for helping people navigate coverage with clarity and confidence. He is dedicated to educating clients, building lasting trust, and ensuring every policyholder feels informed and protected.
Currently pursuing his education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Ethan brings the same focus and commitment to his academic journey as he does to his professional role. His approach is rooted in clear communication, compassionate service, and a desire to deliver real value in every interaction.
Outside the office and classroom, Ethan enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with friends—whether it’s hiking, exploring new places, or simply enjoying good company.
Owen Abbott

Currently a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Owen Abbott proudly joined the Conner Insurance Group team in June 2025. Since becoming part of the team, Owen has embraced the opportunity to help clients navigate their insurance needs with care, integrity, and professionalism.
What Owen values most about working in the insurance industry is the chance to build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients. He is passionate about creating positive experiences, ensuring that each person he works with feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey.

Chase Rennie

Chase Rennie is a proud Middle Tennessee native who grew up just north of Nashville in Madison before his family settled in White House during his 8th-grade year, a community he has proudly called home ever since.
Above all, Chase is a devoted father to his son, Slate. The two share a love for music and are loyal fans of the Tennessee Titans, rarely missing a game. What drives Chase each day is his passion for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact.
Whether he’s building lasting relationships or lending a helping hand, Chase believes in serving others with authenticity, dedication, and heart.
